Graduation Enrolment and Name Changes

Enrolment for the Spring 2022 graduations will open on MyCampus between the 24th of January and 4th of February. Please note that it is your primary name which is used on your degree parchment.

If you require an amendment to your primary name on MyCampus please submit an Update Personal Information request on the UofG Helpdesk before the 10th of February.

Due to high demand it can take up to 10 working days for your request to be processed, however you should still enrol to graduate before your request is completed. You do not need to wait for your request to be fulfilled before enrolling.

If you have further questions about your graduation that is not related to your primary name or an Update Personal Information request, please contact the Graduation Team in the first instance.
