SofTMech PhD student Louise Mason (supervised by Huabing Yin and Ray Ogden) was awarded the Gold Medal for Engineering at the prestigious STEM for Britain event, held in UK Parliament in March 2018. Her poster was entitled `Investigating the viscoelastic properties of complex materials and cells to study cancer migration'. Congratulations Louise!

 

SofTMech affiliate Dr Raimondo Penta also be presented at the event. Raimondo's poster was entitled `Multiscale modeling and simulations of fluid and drug transport in vascularized tumors.'
